We were contracted to carry out a concrete floor restoration and polishing project at a high-spec office development in Manchester city centre.
The existing slab required surface rehabilitation to bring it up to commercial-grade standards suitable for a modern workspace.
Our team restored and polished 260m² of concrete flooring, transforming the space into a sleek, low-maintenance environment ideal for high-footfall office use.
Scope of Works:
Carried out full mechanical grinding to remove surface laitance, imperfections, and weak spots in the concrete
Refined the slab to expose aggregate where applicable, enhancing visual appeal and uniformity
Applied a concrete densifier to harden the surface and increase abrasion resistance
Mechanically polished the surface through multiple stages to achieve a smooth, semi-gloss finish appropriate for office settings
Sealed the surface to protect against stains, foot traffic, and general wear
